After establishing residency our agent will facilitate a telephone call directly to your customer after your office based attempts may have failed. Once our agents have confirmed identification, they will dial directly into your collections centre and hand the phone over to the customer. We only charge a fee based on the success of the visit, and supply full details for any reason for no connection or reasons for non payment.

Where either no contact is made or the customer refuses to be connected, we will leave a card or letter carrying your contact details in order to promote contact at a later stage.

Where the customer is no longer resident we will make every attempt to obtain forwarding address or other useful information.
